You can request payout in dashboard vendor menu. It take 1-3 days working days for completed payout at your bank account.
How long to approve registration vendor/seller?
It takes 1-3 working days. Our team will contact you by email after verification.
How much service charges to Vmart after get order?
Services charge we only take 4.30% per order. It was include product price and shipping cost.
How about shiping?
All shiping method we set up by default table rate refer in Jnt Express Shipping Rate.

Can i choose others shipping courier company?
Curently we only accept JNT Express Table Rate. But you can also request in Additional Note notices to seller that you want to change shipping courier.
